Stay in control of your account
Your account gives access to your business management tools. Current contact details and personal credentials help you keep control.
Unique password
Use a long passphrase that is not used for any other service.
Prepare for verification
Keep access to the email address and phone number used at registration. The code confirms your account: enter it only on the Storex verification page.
Trusted device
Sign out of shared devices and avoid untrusted networks.
Get help if access is blocked
Check the email address you used and the message on screen. If you forgot your password, cannot receive the code or notice unusual activity, describe the problem through the Storex Contact page.
