Confirm carefully
Confirm only after checking availability and data consistency.
Track actual progress
Update the order to reflect its actual progress, from preparation to delivery. Check the result of each change before moving to the next step.
Separate delivery from payment
Receiving or delivering an order does not by itself confirm payment. Check the selected payment method, its status and the amounts before treating the sale as paid.
